Intellectual Property and Content Rights

• FP&A Trends Group owns all Intellectual Property Rights in the event recordings, publications, and related content produced by FP&A Trends Group. Nothing in this Agreement transfers any Intellectual Property Rights to You.
   
• You represent and warrant that any article, presentation, webinar content, supporting materials, and other content provided by You (the “Content”) is either Your original work or that You have obtained all necessary rights, permissions, licences, and approvals required for its use and publication by FP&A Trends Group.
   
• If Your Content includes images, graphics, charts, videos, screenshots, trademarks, logos, data, research, or other third-party materials, You confirm that such materials are used with the appropriate permissions, licences, or other legal rights required for their use and publication. Where applicable, appropriate attribution and acknowledgements should be provided.
   
• You further warrant that the Content does not knowingly infringe the Intellectual Property Rights or other rights of any third party.

Public Availability of Webinar Recordings and Case Study Content

• You acknowledge that webinars, presentations, interviews, panel discussions, workshops, and similar events hosted by FP&A Trends Group are recorded and will be made available to a wider audience through our website, social media channels, partner platforms, online learning resources, and other media channels.
   
• Where Your presentation includes information relating to Your employer, clients, business partners, or any organisation with which You are associated, You represent and warrant that You have obtained all internal approvals, permissions, and authorisations required to deliver the presentation, disclose the information, and permit FP&A Trends Group to record, publish, and distribute the presentation and related materials as described in this Consent. Where necessary, sensitive, confidential, or commercially restricted information should be anonymised or omitted.

• You are solely responsible for ensuring that Your participation complies with Your contractual obligations, confidentiality obligations, internal company policies, regulatory requirements, and any applicable laws. FP&A Trends Group is entitled to rely on this representation and has no responsibility to verify whether such approvals have been obtained.

• Once published, it may not be possible to edit, remove, redact, or restrict access to specific content or information contained within the recordings or presentation materials, including where copies have already been distributed, downloaded, shared, or archived by third parties.

Recording, Publication, and Media Consent

• I hereby authorise FP&A Trends Group, its affiliates, and their partners (collectively, “FP&A Trends Group”) to film, photograph, record, or otherwise capture my image, voice, likeness, presentation, and contributions (“Recordings”) for use in FP&A Trends Group materials.
   
• I grant FP&A Trends Group a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide, transferable right to use, display, publish, broadcast, reproduce, distribute, adapt, translate, create derivative works from, and otherwise exploit the Recordings and any comments, suggestions, ideas, wording, text, presentation materials, or other content provided by me in connection with the Recordings (“Input”), in whole or in part, in any media now known or later developed, including print, digital, video, social media, educational, promotional, and marketing materials.
   
• I waive, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, any moral rights that I may have in the Recordings and Input, or agree not to assert such rights against FP&A Trends Group.
   
• I represent and warrant that I have the right, title, and authority to grant the rights and permissions set out in this Consent.

Personal Data Consent

• I agree and consent to FP&A Trends Group processing my personal data that may be contained within the Recordings and Input for the purposes of organising, promoting, recording, publishing, distributing, and archiving FP&A Trends Group content and events.
   
• I provide this Consent freely and voluntarily and understand that I may withdraw my consent regarding the processing of my personal data by submitting written notice to privacy@fpa-trends.com. Such withdrawal will not affect any processing carried out prior to the withdrawal or any content already lawfully published by FP&A Trends Group.
