Prem is a strategic & transformational finance leader with a track record of enhancing stakeholder value and building meaningful connections across the communities he serves. He has steered multi-sector finance functions in UK & US listed organisations (London Stock Exchange Group plc, CBRE, Berkeley Group Holdings plc) and in a PE-owned business by Blackstone (Refinitiv). For over 20 years, he has delivered solutions across business partnering and transformation, FP&A, controllership, M&A, investor relations & audit.  

Prem is an ICAEW Mentor, and Advisory Board Member, Ambassador and Public Speaker for several international platforms for finance professionals including the FP&A Trends Group, where he share insights & expertise on topics such as value creation, business transformation and DIBEC (Diversity, Inclusion, Belonging, Equity, Culture). 

Beyond work, Prem enjoys mountain & volcano hiking, scuba diving, keeping fit and cooking.
