Matthijs brings more than 15 years of FP&A experience & leadership across several industries. Matthijs has an MBA from Hong Kong UST and has working experience in Asia, Europe and the US.  

Extensive international experience in 10+ countries in Europe, North America and Asia while working in multicultural and cross-functional teams. 

He has extensive experience with Rolling Forecast, Business strategy, Performance management, Business Partnering and Investment Analysis of capital investment projects. Matthijs has a financial audit and corporate finance background and has been involved in several M&A transactions.

Holds an MBA from a top-tier school and Leadership training courses at IMD.
