Agility in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) is more crucial than ever. Despite technological advancements, we still see significant gaps.
The 2024 FP&A Trends Survey shows that only 22% of organisations can run scenarios in real-time, a key measure of agility. Just 35% of FP&A time is spent on high-value activities, while more than half still rely on Excel. Over 50% of organisations take more than five days to produce forecasts, and only 19% of FP&A teams rate themselves as "optimised." There's a clear need for change.
Join the face-to-face London FP&A Board on September 24 to discover strategies and techniques for achieving true FP&A agility.
The International FP&A Board was created in London, UK, in 2013 to guide the development and promotion of the best practices in modern corporate Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A). Since then, further Board chapters have been successfully established in 33 cities in 19 countries, identifying and supporting new global trends, skill sets and thought leadership.
The FP&A Board is exclusive to senior finance practitioners in active employment (at the CFO, FD, and Head of Finance levels) who represent large local and international organisations (revenue from £0.5B). Please note there are limited places in the meeting room. Meeting invitations are extended only to 25 senior finance practitioners.
Board meetings are complimentary, vendor-agnostic and by invitation only.
