Lawrence Serven

Lawrence Serven is an internationally recognized authority on enterprise performance management (EPM). He is the founder and former CEO of XLerant, Inc., a leading EPM software company. He is also the author of Value Planning: The New Approach to Building Value Every Day (J. Wiley & Sons) that earned the endorsement of the CEO of Pfizer, the CFO of Walmart and other industry leaders. Lawrence’s work has been profiled in the New York Times and The Harvard Business Review. Lawrence has also contributed articles to The Harvard Management Update, The Journal of Corporate Accounting & Finance, CFO Magazine, Strategic Finance, BPM Magazine and other industry-leading publications.

Dawn LaDuke

Dawn LaDuke is Vice President of Global Supply Chain FP&A with The Nature’s Bounty Company. She is responsible for providing global supply chain financial leadership and support for brands which include Nature’s Bounty®, Sundown Naturals®, Osteo Bi-Flex®, Pure Protein®, Body Fortress®, MET-Rx®, Solgar®, Balance Bar®, Puritan’s Pride®, Ester C®, and Dr. Organic®.

Dawn has 20+ years of global CPG experience in various areas of FP&A including Supply Chain, Commercial, Corporate, and e-Commerce/DTC at The Nature’s Bounty Company, Mondelez, Kraft Foods, Clorox, and Nestle.

Tom Vanoverschelde

With a background of internal audit, Tom moved into the business and has done multiple FP&A, commercial finance and finance director roles. His current role is with outsourcing and technology firm Capita, where he is the finance director for the financial services portfolio.

Tom was heavily involved in setting up and managing the Zero Based Budgeting process within Heinz after that company was taken over by private equity fund 3G Capital.

Larysa Melnychuk

Larysa Melnychuk is a passionate Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) professional and influencer who has held senior FP&A roles at leading organisations before setting up the International FP&A Board in 2013. The Board is a global and well-recognised professional think-tank that aims to bring together the knowledge and experience of senior FP&A professionals and aid the development of best practice in the profession.

In the last three years, she successfully expanded the Board into 27 chapters in 16 countries across Europe, the Middle East, Asia, Australia, and North America.

Larysa is also the founder and CEO at the FP&A Trends Group (fpa-trends.com), the leading online resource for FP&A professionals. She chairs the Global AI FP&A Committee and runs a number of high-profile initiatives in the area of modern financial analytics.

Larysa holds a Master of Science degree in physics of materials and is a qualified chartered management accountant (CIMA), chartered global management accountant (CGMA) and is a holder of an FP&A certification. She is also a member of the exam content writing team for the Association of Finance Professionals (AFP) FP&A certification.

Larysa is also a passionate conference speaker and writes articles on various FP&A-related subjects.

Vignesh Dumonceau

Vignesh Dumonceau is Chief Financial Officer, Head of Finance at Flex Switzerland a subsidiary of Flex. (NASDAQ: FLEX). Flex is the Sketch-to-Scale® solutions provider that designs and builds intelligent products for a connected world. With approximately 200,000 professionals across 30 countries, Flex provides innovative design, engineering, manufacturing, real-time supply chain insight and logistics services to companies of all sizes in various industries and end-markets.

Prior to this appointment, Mr. Dumonceau was Global Finance Business Process and Merger Integration Lead at Syngenta (NYSE: SYT). He has also served as Country Cluster CFO for Cardinal Health (NYSE: CAH), CareFusion (NYSE: CFN) Switzerland & Austria. Mr. Dumonceau previously worked for Baxter Healthcare(NYSE: BAX) as Site Controller Principle and is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA, US), a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA, US) and Six Sigma Black Belt.

Mr. Dumonceau areas of research and practice are mainly: Strategic Management, BusinessTransformation, Artificial Intelligence.

Mr. Dumonceau holds a Bachelor and Master-s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting & Controlling from SKEMA Lille Business Graduate School of Management.
