She began her career in the Treasury department at Sears Holdings Corporation, where she focused on capital management reporting and financial reporting and supported the closure of an M&A deal.

Mario Jiménez

Mario Jiménez is an economist and MBA graduate from IE focusing on Finance and Supply Chain Management. With over 25 years of extensive corporate experience, Mario has established himself as a seasoned Finance Director & Supply Chain Director with a profound understanding of international operations.

Petrus Hoikkala

Finance and management enthusiast seasoned with strategy building and M&A experience in international setup. For the past 12 years, Petrus has worked with high-growth software and financial service companies, acting as Finance Director and Managing Director, leading everything from professional finance teams to 150-person organisations. Financial planning, M&A processes, strategy work and digitisation projects are all close to his heart.

Jay Dyer

Jay Dyer has had a 30-year FP&A career spread across industries and geographies. He has developed and nurtured our function at industry-leading companies such as United Technologies, Northwest Airlines, Raytheon and MetLife. Jay has worked on and then subsequently led enterprise transformation initiatives to increase cash flow, both times by more than $1.2 billion over three-year time horizons.
