With over 17 years of international experience in finance and strategy, I currently lead Finance for Global Oral Care Purchases and External Manufacturers at Procter & Gamble. Throughout my career, I have operated at the intersection of business strategy, supply chain transformation, and financial performance. My experience includes long-term strategy, portfolio, and innovation redesign for Europe Baby Care; financial planning and analysis across full P&Ls at regional and global levels; supply network design and CAPEX oversight for the Paper sector across 17 sites in Europe, India, the Middle East, and Africa, as well as country execution controlling in France and Benelux. I hold a CEMS Master’s in International Management and a CIMA Accounting certification. I am passionate about using finance as a driver of transformation, simplification, and long-term value creation, while helping organizations adapt to new ways of working enabled by digital and AI-powered tools.
