His focus through the carrier has been in field of transformations, service excellence, forecasting in the most difficult environment and ever-changing parameters, whether it has been mergers, Offshoring, spinoffs he has been on a forefront of driving these changes. Through his roles he has been at forefront of incorporating technology and processes to focus on cost commitments, cost saving & Zero-based budgeting along with delivering on long term cost plans.

Currently working as Vice President Finance, he has been supporting the organisation on its current Transformation initiatives and IPO readiness initiatives.
