Jay Dyer has 30 years of FP&A experience spread across industries and geographies. He has developed and nurtured our function at industry-leading companies such as United Technologies, Northwest Airlines, Raytheon and MetLife. Jay has worked on, and then subsequently led enterprise transformation initiatives to increase cash flow; both times by more than $1.2 billion over three-year time horizons. A notable part of his success has been complementing finance experience with non-financial roles in human resources, shop floor management, and executive training and coaching.
Jay earned an MBA from the University of Connecticut and is certified in Management Accounting and Financial Management by the IMA and in Production and Inventory Management by APICS. Outside work, he enjoys chasing a little white ball around some of the most beautiful places on earth and spending time with his family.
