Denis Ranke brings 15+ years of experience in Technology and Corporate Finance in public, private and PE owned businesses. Most of his career, he spent at eBay in Germany and the EU Headquarters in Switzerland as CFO for emerging markets, marketing and B2B. He is used to applying the essentials of FP&A either as a Business Operator or project based in the areas of M&A and Business Transformation.

Denis Ranke also served as VP of Finance at the Diethelm Keller Group. This entailed the scope of classic portfolio management and interim operational assignments in portfolio companies. The focus has been set on COVID-19 crisis management. Especially the travel businesses in the portfolio have been impacted significantly by the crises, which required scenario planning along many dimensions. Currently, he is engaged as CFO in a PE owned Tech scale-up, responsible for the end-to-end corporate finance scope plus operational functions.
