Polina has a diversified experience within finance organisations, ranging from accounting operations, financial reporting and internal controls to financial planning, analysis and performance management.
Polina’s most recent experience is focused on the transformation of the FP&A function by optimisation and automation of business processes and workflows. Before this role, Polina led financial systems implementation projects as well as the integration of M&A systems and processes into the parent ecosystem.
Polina is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) and Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)®.
