Currently, as a full-time trainer and consultant she helps her clients bridge the gap between data and actionable insights.

Vince Randall

In this role, Vince and his team, help organizations understand the value of improving their financial performance through better, more engaging software-as-a-service (SaaS) technology.

Vince joined Workday in 2018 through the acquisition of Adaptive Insights where he was Managing Director for ANZ. Vince has spent more than 20+ years in technology and enterprise software companies in a variety of sales and technical roles.

Connagh Hopkins

Connagh has over 20 years of experience as a finance professional in the UK and Australia working within various sectors including property development, not for profit, retail and commercial fuel sales, television production and currently working at Western Power, a large utility.

Leading teams through organisational change and improving financial partnering, increasing commercial acumen and awareness within organisations is a passion.

As Head of Business Planning & Reporting at Western Power, she is responsible for the finance partnerships that deliver enterprise-wide performance reporting & analysis, consolidation of the 10-year business plans, budgeting, forecasting, benchmarking and business case estimations.

As a finance leader, she has been influenced and enabled through working within diverse industries, allowing her to coach and mentor others to have the confidence to try something new and, be future-focused.

She holds an MBA from Deakin University, is a member of CIMA and CPA and a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Currently Treasurer for REmida, a NFP in Perth and Co-Chair of the Western Australian Committee for the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA).
