Nidhi Mehta is a Global Finance Manager at CBRE GWS LTD., UK, specializing in financial planning and analysis (FP&A). With over 18 years of experience in the finance sector, Nidhi has become known for her strategic insights and ability to drive organizational growth through meticulous financial oversight. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Delhi University, followed by a Master’s degree in Finance from Fore School of Management, Delhi.
Nidhi’s career commenced at the construction company GMR Group in India, where she developed a robust foundation in financial reporting and analysis. This experience equipped her with the skills necessary to navigate complex financial environments. She later moved to Singapore and joined multinational companies like Unilever, CSC, Dimension Data, and DBS Bank, where she applied her expertise to revamp the FP&A process. She introduced a new budgeting model that improved forecasting accuracy by over 30%, facilitating better decision-making across departments. By leveraging advanced analytics and financial modeling techniques, she has successfully identified cost-saving opportunities and increased operational efficiencies. Her analytical mindset, combined with a strong business acumen, has been pivotal in leading cross-functional teams to achieve financial targets.
She then moved to London with her family and joined another great employer. At CBRE GWS Ltd., Nidhi has championed several key initiatives aimed at aligning financial objectives with strategic business goals. She has been recognized for her innovative approaches to cost management and strategic data harvesting across international markets in APAC, EMEA, LATAM, and Canada. She recently completed the ILM3 (Leadership and Management) qualification from the City of London.
