She earned her Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Delhi University, followed by a Master’s degree in Finance from Fore School of Management, Delhi.
Nidhi’s career commenced at the construction company GMR Group in India, where she developed a robust foundation in financial reporting and analysis. This experience equipped her with the skills necessary to navigate complex financial environments. She later moved to Singapore and joined multinational companies like Unilever, CSC, Dimension Data, and DBS Bank, where she applied her expertise to revamp the FP&A process. She introduced a new budgeting model that improved forecasting accuracy by over 30%, facilitating better decision-making across departments. By leveraging advanced analytics and financial modeling techniques, she has successfully identified cost-saving opportunities and increased operational efficiencies. She then moved to London with her family and joined another great employer.
