    Hans Gobin, FCCA, MBA

    Finance Director with over 20 years of experience in Financial reporting (Internal, External, PLC, Board), FP&A, Performance Management, Systems Implementation, Multinational Project managements, Transformation & Change Management, M&A, BPO & SSC.

    Experience working in different company sizes ranging from Start-ups to large PLC and PE backed and experience working in various different sectors including manufacturing, retail, pharmaceutical, FMCG & Practice.

    Lisa Gill, FCCA, MBA

    Lisa is a change specialist who has enjoyed great success in developing and directing change across many businesses. She is currently Finance Director for ACN Pacific a privately owned American company and has previously held the FPA Manager Role for Nutrimetics Aust as part of the Global Tupperware Group. As President of CPA Australia NSW Divisional council, Lisa has had the opportunity to engage with our 42,000 members focusing on promoting and supporting new initiatives, software advancement, digital finance and the increasing importance of successful data analysis. Lisa is passionate about giving back to the accounting and wider community, as a NED Board director, mentor, and volunteer for a local charity providing showers and washing to the homeless community in Sydney.

Chris Chan

Chris Chan is a FP&A Technology thought leader that examines the intersection of planning & analysis and technology. He conducts extensive research on the cutting edge trends in FP&A such as predictive planning and helps enterprise businesses realize the true value of technology. Throughout the years at SAP he has worked together with many planning teams in the fortune 100 and has seen the analytical transformation first hand. Looking forward in to the future, he is excited to share his knowledge and experience of FP&A transformation.

Saeeda Shah

Saeeda Shah is Head of Reporting & Analysis of a leading not-for-profit health and aged care provider, Bolton Clarke. CIMA qualified, she is an experienced finance professional with a diverse industry background in Aged Care, Real Estate, IT and Material Recycling. Skilled in Business Partnering and Business Planning, Analysis and Finance systems integration and development as well as Team Building. Enjoys business modelling, scenario planning and forecasting for short and long term initiatives. She is a focused individual with strong leadership capabilities and successfully manages teams across functional, geographic and organizational boundaries.

In her spare time, Saeeda enjoys volunteering particularly with the elderly to support and improve their online capabilities.

Pradeep Mucherla

Pradeep is Director of Finance at Calvary Health Care. He is a member of the Australia FP&A Board.

A qualified accountant with over 17 years of experience in different areas of finance which includes operational finance, commercial finance, assurance and six sigma imp. Has proven expertise in driving core value drivers of the organization through effective scenario planning, rolling forecast, efficiency improvements Deep expertise in FP&A transformation.

Ross Macdonald

I lead the Accounting & Finance division at Michael Page across NSW and have been recruiting finance roles in Sydney for the past 4 years. My team are responsible for recruiting FP&A professionals across all industries from Analyst to Director, personally I recruit at the leadership level. My particular interest in FP&A is partnering with organisations to solve real business problems and attract highly sought-after talent, in particular technically capable FP&A professionals who can bridge the gap between IT and Finance and “story tellers” who are able to visualise and explain complex financial data to inform business decision-making.
