The FP&A Trends Webinar
FP&A Roles Reimagined for the AI Era: Leading Finance Transformation

The FP&A Trends Webinar is proudly sponsored by:

Five Essential FP&A Team Roles that Power Strategy and TransformationAI is changing the economics of FP&A work - but most teams are not yet designed for it. According to the 2026 FP&A Trends Survey, 47% of FP&A time is still spent on data collection and validation, while only 35% of teams perform the Architect role and 19% the Data Scientist role.

As AI takes on more routine work, the five FP&A roles - Analyst, Data Scientist, Architect, Storyteller and Influencer - must evolve. The shift is from producing numbers to shaping better decisions, and ultimately from supporting value creation to becoming a true Value Architect.

Join this webinar to explore how these five FP&A roles are being reimagined for the AI era, which capabilities will matter most, and how finance leaders can redesign teams to turn AI into stronger planning, sharper insights, and better decisions.

A recording of the event will be shared afterward with everyone who registers.
