The webinar is proudly sponsored by
The Coca-Cola Company’s recent global digital transformation initiative within their McDonald’s Division (TMD) has increased the company’s confidence in their data and enabled them to make better decisions faster. In just 4 months they implemented their first use case (“app”) – a global P&L across 105 countries, connecting 100+ associates with centrally sourced assumptions and automated consolidation. Over the next 12 months, TMD added multiple apps for business planning, quality and size-of-prize modelling in a unified ecosystem touching Finance, Sales, Marketing and Supply Chain functions, transforming the way they plan and report.
Join our webinar to hear from Victor Barnes, Global CFO, The McDonald’s Division at The Coca-Cola Company, on the exponential efficiencies that they have realised through breakthrough technology providing real-time input, review and forecasting that previously took weeks or even months to do.
Going beyond their global P&L project, Victor’s team has realised agility for TMD through:
Annual business planning
Marketing and OpEx planning
Workforce planning
Connected forecasting and scenario building
Long-range planning
Unlocking a data (strategy) in partnership with data owners
Learn how The McDonalds Division at The Coca-Cola Company has made significant progress toward one source of truth, with the benefit of scenario planning, that everyone believes in so that they can focus energy externally to customers, suppliers, competitors.
