Information we collect
We collect and process basic personal information in the following scenarios:
1. When you register on the FP&A Trends website
2. When you register to attend an FP&A Event (FP&A Board, FP&A Circle, FP&A Webinar) and/or complete a feedback form
3. When you complete one of our FP&A Surveys
Basic personal information includes name, company name, job title, phone number and email address. We will limit the collection and processing of information to that which is necessary for achieving one or more legitimate purposes as identified in this notice.

Registration on FP&A Trends website
By registering on fpa-trends.com you agree to receive regular communications from us. We will not share any of the information provided with third parties. You can unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time.
Registration for International FP&A Board events
We will only use and share your information where it is necessary for carrying out our lawful business activities. Your information will only ever be shared with FP&A Trends official partners and sponsors, and only with your full consent.
By registering to attend an FP&A event you agree to the following:
- Allow the data provided to be shared with the sponsor who may contact you regarding marketing communications. Only your email address will be shared with the sponsors. You can always unsubscribe from the sponsor's mailing list.
- Authorize FP&A Trends Group, its affiliates, and their partners (collectively, “FP&A Trends Group”) to film, photograph, or otherwise take audio or visual recordings of you or your likeness (“Recordings”) for use in FP&A Trends Group Materials.
- Grant FP&A Trends Group a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide, transferable right to use, display, publish, broadcast, reproduce, exploit, perform, distribute, and prepare derivative works of, the Recordings, and the comments, suggestions, ideas, wording, or text provided by you in connection with the Recordings (“Input”) for use in whole or in part and in translated form in print, digital, social media, or any other media now known or hereinafter developed, and waive your moral rights, if any, in the Recordings and Input for the benefit of FP&A Trends Group, or refrain from exercising them.
